Cancellation Policy

Before Project Initiation

Clients may request cancellation before the project has started. If any advance payment has been made, it may be partially refunded after deducting administrative and consultation charges.


After Project Initiation

Once the project has commenced, cancellation requests will be considered based on the work completed up to that point. Charges for completed work, resources allocated, and time invested will be deducted.


Ongoing or Subscription Services

For ongoing services such as maintenance, support, or subscription-based offerings, cancellation requests must be made prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once it has started.


Refund Policy

General Policy

All payments made are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds, if applicable, are processed at the sole discretion of People’s Choice Tech.


Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The project has not been initiated
  • There is a mutual agreement to discontinue the project
  • The service cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delays caused by the client (such as lack of communication or required inputs)
  • Completed or substantially completed work
  • Services delivered as per agreed scope

Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued through the original mode of payment or any other agreed method.


Modifications to Projects

Any changes in project scope after agreement may result in additional costs and revised timelines. Such changes do not qualify for refunds of previously completed work.


Force Majeure

People’s Choice Tech shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or regulatory changes.
